At Wearly Made, we respect and protect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted material or other intellectual property has been used without authorization, please follow the process below to file a claim.

A. How to Report Infringement

To submit a valid notice, please include:

  1. Identification of the work you claim has been infringed, including registration numbers (if applicable).

  2. Details of the infringing content, including:

    • How it infringes your rights.

    • The exact location (URL) where it appears on our website.

  3. Your contact details: full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.

  4. A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.

  5. A statement of accuracy, made under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

  6. Your signature (electronic or physical).

B. What Happens Next

  • Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the infringing content.

  • If a counter-notice is submitted, we will notify you. Unless legal action is taken, the content may be restored within 10–14 business days.

Please note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly submits a false infringement claim may be held liable for damages, including attorney’s fees.
